Best sellers from Evan! Cherrystones & Topnecks (slightly smaller than a cherry), great for cooking chowder or making stuffers.
Evan Bruinooge owns and operates one of Wellfleet oldest and most long-standing aquaculture farms on the salty-sweet waters of Black Fish Creek. Since 1979, when Jake and Berta Bruinooge established Everjay Shellfish Company and helped to pioneer shellfish aquaculture, the Bruinooge family has been growing world-famous Wellfleet Oysters and Clams. Today, Evan and his son Eli grow littlenecks, cherrystones, and oysters in the fresh clean waters of Black Fish Creek, together they represent three generations of Wellfleet Shellfishermen at Outta Bed Oyster Company & Everjay Shellfish Company.
Oysters are available in 25, 50, and 100 counts & Cherrystones in 30 counts.
Please bring a cooler with ice when you come to pick up your order to ensure their freshness all the way home! Thank you for supporting the shellfishing families of Wellfleet.
